Wendy was a lifesaver! Recenlty our daughter was arrested for a DUI. This is a new experience for her and for us, her parents who are 3000 miles away. As a worried parent who lives hundreds of miles away from my child, I cannot say enough to thank this knowledgeable, professional, and helpful woman. My son is 24 and had never been in even the slightest trouble, so when we got a 3 AM call that he had been arrested for DUI/DWI, I was afraid and felt helpless, as did my son. The Very Best Good Old Fashioned Service at its Best!! I have had an occasion to use Wendy's services on two separate occasions, both having to do with dealing with an inmate in the downtown jail facility. She is very thorough in her communications and goes the extra mile in accomodating individuals needs (making sure all the logistics are perfect, the right number of copies, etc.). Wendy definitely goes above and beyond and is on her game not only with the right information, but extremely punctual and dependable as well. My experience is every bit as good as the other reviews here that I've read; they are very true to light of my experiences. Bail Bond Woman to the rescue! At a time and place where I really was not prepared in what to do, I found a list of numbers and one caught my eye. Wendy immediately took charge and hit the floor running to get me through the process as quickly as possible. She called my family and friends and when it proved hard to find someone available to pick me up, she came and got me herself. She went over every detail of what I needed to do next with printed instructions and every contact number I would need. She took me home and I thought this terrific service I had found, would end there. No Way, when my friends returned her messages the next day, she thanked them and assured them that I was alright. The only way to go if you need help!! My son had moved across the country, he had no one in the San Diego area when he got into trouble. I was to far away to help him. Wendy came through in the most remarkable way. Not only did she keep in close contact with my son,who was in jail, and let him know what was going on and what to expect, but she continually updated me throughout the long ordeal. There were problems with the jail and it took many more hours than expected. Wendy sat outside the jail and had to go in every half hour, after hours of this she finally had to ask for a supervisor to get the matter resolved and get my son released. Thanks to Wonderful Wendy, I was fortunate to have her rescue me out of a very dark mess. I was a victim of Harbor Police bullying at its best for being alone and sobbing after being deplaned literally on a Southwest flight out to Las Vegas, NV for a weekend extravaganza. Rather than send me on my way and choosing to just ignore me, the Harbor Police decided to exploit the situation by booking me and taking me to the nearest women's rehabilitaing facility which was in Santee. After the shock and embarrasment wore off, I was able to locate a list of bails bonds of phone numbers on the inside walls of the holding cell, since I had no one's number by memory and none of my personal effects were on me. As luck would have it while calling the second name on a bail bonds personnel list, a warm and sympathizing friendly voice calmed my nerves instantly. She advised me how the process works from start to finish, and knowledge is definitely power. The knowledge gave me a hope and power to deal with that dark mess, so I knew right then I had someone on my side, to help me (a stranger in the night) at the most fragile point of anyone's life. There are not enough amazing words to describe Bail Bond Woman. Wendy is by far the BEST!! She isn't like the other bail bond places that are too lazy to come and get you in the middle of the night. You can call her anytime day or in the wee hours of the morning and she will come to your rescue! This woman was a savior! I found myself in one of the toughest situations I've been in in some time. It was the middle of the night after hours of strained communication and prepossessed dealings with the San Diego Police Department, left in a freezing cold cell at Las Colinas to figure out what to do next. Given the 3 phone call limit I searched the list of numbers in the cell and came across Bail Bond Woman. Wendy answered the phone promptly at the 3AM hour and calmly gave accurate instructions to follow, in my specific case, the arrest was delayed in the system processing at the jail causing a potential delay in my eligibility for release and possible admittance (further processing as to stay incarcerated) into the facility if bail could not be made in a timely matter. I was not told any of this by the correction officers. She worked with me over the phone figuring out the best possible scenario for my situation, locating important numbers and contacts by way of great resource, I did not have memorized, among other services. She was truly amazing. She went extremely out of her way into the morning hours. Even after a family member posted the bail, she went further to give additional information regarding steps to take with my case. I was so grateful to have her help, support, and expertise. The only call to make is to the Bail Bond Woman. I got in trouble and was in jail all night. I called The Bail Bond Woman and she came down TWICE in the middle of the night! She was relentless in getting me out,even spoke with supervisor.She is very professional and a very nice,reliable person. Do yourself a favor and call the Bail Bond Woman,she will not let you down. PS,I was out before the people that called other companies,I guess they were sleeping while the bail bond woman was getting me out,she was up all nite for me. All I have to say is excellent service! I have never had to use a bail bonds service before so this experience was completely new to me.
